Gut Maasleben is a historic knightly manor estate (adliges Gut) near Holzdorf in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany, with roots tied to prehistoric settlements evidenced by Stone Age tools found on its lands.

Originally an outpost where serfs worked in exchange for land and housing, it transitioned to independent family ownership after serfdom's abolition on January 1, 1805, when ancestors of the current proprietors purchased the farm.

Now in its seventh generation, the expanded estate focuses on sustainable Bioland-certified organic farming, evolving from traditional hay harvesting and early tractors like the 1957 Porsche Diesel to modern ecological practices.
