Gut Rosenkrantz is a historic manor estate central to the village of Schinkel near Kiel in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany, with medieval origins as Gut Schinkel tied closely to local agriculture where villagers historically worked its lands.
Renamed in 1828 by owner Robert Weber after his wife Axeline von Rosenkrantz, it evolved from a meierhof into a Herrenhaus around the late 17th century, rebuilt in 1791, and expanded in 1895 with a Renaissance-style torhaus featuring a 1683 clock tower and columned loggia.
Today under the von Münchhausen family, it practices certified Bioland organic farming of grains and feed since 1989, supporting a trading company though the private grounds are not open to visitors.
