Harvest Caye is a 75‑acre private island resort in southern Belize, owned and operated by Norwegian Cruise Line as one of its main cruise‑port destinations.

It sits just off the Belize mainland and is designed as a laid‑back, resort‑style island with a large swim‑up pool, a seven‑acre white‑sand beach, cabanas and beach villas, ziplining, water‑sports lagoons, and various bars and casual eateries.

The island also includes a nature and wildlife area featuring a butterfly garden and enclosures with native birds such as toucans and scarlet macaws, and it serves as a jumping‑off point for excursions to the Belize Barrier Reef, Mayan ruins, and mainland towns. Most food, drinks, and many activities are not included in the cruise fare and must be paid for separately on the island.
