Hawke’s Bay Beach, also called Hawksbay, is a popular beach in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan, located about 20 kilometers southwest of Karachi city along the Arabian Sea.

Named after Bladen Wilmer Hawke, a Victorian-era governor who owned a house there in the 1930s, the beach features a wide, sunny, and sandy shoreline with natural beauty and a peaceful environment. Hundreds of people visit daily for swimming, picnicking, fishing, camel and horse riding, and water sports, making it one of Karachi’s most famous tourist and picnic spots.

The beach is also an important nesting ground for green sea turtles and olive ridley sea turtles during the winter months, which led the World Wide Fund for Nature to set up a wetland centre there to educate visitors about turtle conservation. 

Despite its popularity and appeal, the beach has seen several drowning accidents due to inadequate security and unsafe boats used for rides, so visitors should exercise caution when swimming or using water activities.
