Jo Allyn Lowe Park in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, is a 32-acre public park known for its expansive arboretum featuring over 100 species of trees and shrubs, making it a favorite spot for tree enthusiasts.

The park was developed on land donated in the 1970s by Harold and Carolyn Price along with Joe and Etsuko Price, with significant funding from Harold Price and Phillips Petroleum Company. It offers a large fishing lake with a handicap-accessible fishing pier, picnic shelters, walking paths, and areas of tallgrass prairie, which is unique for being located within city limits in Oklahoma.

The park also preserves the historic G.L. Potteiger Cabin, a 1920s log cabin built by a Delaware Indian, which was carefully disassembled and reconstructed at the site as a testament to Native American heritage. Visitors enjoy the serene natural environment, educational opportunities provided by the arboretum, and various outdoor recreational activities throughout the year.
