The Krohn Conservatory in Cincinnati, Ohio, opened in 1933 and is an iconic example of Art Deco architecture featuring a distinctive glass and aluminum structure designed by the firm Rapp & Meacham.

It is located in Eden Park, an area once owned by Nicholas Longworth, who called it his "Garden of Eden" for its ideal climate for growing grapes and plants. The conservatory houses over 3,500 species of plants from around the world, including tropical palms, cacti, orchids, and bonsai trees, organized in distinct climates such as desert, fern, and palm houses.

It has grown and evolved with additions like the Desert House in 1939 and an Orchid House in 2004. The Krohn Conservatory is also famous for its annual holiday show that features a large decorated Christmas tree, miniature trains, and models of Cincinnati landmarks made from natural materials. Open year-round, it attracts many visitors with its blend of horticultural diversity, historic beauty, and community events, making it one of Cincinnati’s cherished cultural and botanical treasures.
