The Madrasah of Emir Alimkhan is a historic Islamic school in Bukhara, Uzbekistan, built in 1914 to 1915 by Sayyid Mir Muhammad Alim Khan, the last ruler of the Emirate of Bukhara.

Located beside the famous Po-i-Kalyan complex and near the Mir Arab Madrasah, it was designed in the traditional architectural style of Bukhara, featuring elegant baked-brick construction, decorative ornamentation, and a classic courtyard layout.

After the Soviet takeover, the madrasah was closed as a religious school and later converted into a public library, a role it continues to serve today. As one of Bukhara’s last royal madrasahs, it represents an important link between the city’s rich Islamic educational heritage and its more modern history.
