Manito Park in Spokane, Washington is a historic and beloved urban park established in 1904 on land originally called Montrose Park. It covers about 78 acres of natural and cultivated landscapes, including five major gardens such as the Nishinomiya Tsutakawa Japanese Garden, Duncan Garden, Rose Hill, Lilac Garden, and Ferris Perennial Garden, showcasing diverse horticulture.

The park also features Mirror Pond, walking paths, playgrounds, and the Gaiser Conservatory with seasonal plant displays. It was designed by the Olmsted Brothers, renowned landscape architects, and was once home to a small zoo until the Great Depression.

The park and the adjacent boulevard make up a historic district on the National Register of Historic Places, recognized for its basalt rubble structures and beautiful landscaping. Manito Park remains a central community space, drawing over 150,000 visitors annually who enjoy its gardens, recreational areas, and cultural events.
