Mølen is a national treasure and one of Larvik's most popular attractions in Brunlanes, Norway, known for being Norway's largest pebble beach and a unique blend of nature, culture, geology, and bird life.

This striking coastal promontory, about 20 minutes' drive west of Stavern, is part of Vestfoldraet, the terrain left behind after the most recent Ice Age ended around 10,000 years ago. The area's cultural landscape features an astonishing 230 Iron Age cairns (burial mounds), including 16 large ones up to 35 meters in diameter and almost 200 smaller cairns arranged in rows parallel to the shoreline, which likely served as sea markers along ancient shipping lanes between trading centers.

The name Mølen comes from the Old Norse word "mol," meaning a stone mound or bank of stones, fitting for this windswept landscape that has been shaped by wind and sea for millennia. Mølen first received protected status in 1939 for its ancient burial mounds dating to around 250 A.D., and gained additional protection in 1970 for its rich and unusual birdlife, with between 316 and 320 bird species recorded—more than at any other site in Norway.

In 2008, Mølen became the first UNESCO Global Geopark in the Nordics, and visitors can enjoy views of the sea, study larvikite (a special stone unique to the Larvik area), spot over 100 different rock types, and walk coastal paths accessible from Helgeroa or Nevlunghavn.
