Møllebukta is a small bay with a short sandy beach in the inner part of the Hafrsfjord, within the Madla borough of Stavanger in southwestern Norway.

The beach is about 100 metres long and sits in a quiet, park‑like setting beside the Møllebekken creek, which historically supplied a water‑driven corn mill, giving the site its name, meaning “Mill Bay.” It is popular for swimming and sunbathing in the fjord’s relatively calm waters and is especially known for the nearby Sverd i Fjell (“Swords in Rock”) monument, a dramatic bronze sculpture marking the legendary Viking‑era unification of Norway, which stands on a rocky outcrop just east of the beach.

Today the area functions as a compact recreation spot combining easy seaside access, light hiking, and a strong link to Stavanger’s historical and Viking heritage, all within easy reach of the city by local bus and road.
