Niagara Amusement Park & Splash World on Grand Island, New York, originally opened in 1961 as Fantasy Island, has gone through various ownerships and transformations over the decades.

The park features a mix of classic and modern rides, including the notable Silver Comet wooden roller coaster, which has been a highlight since 1999. After financial challenges and temporary closures, the park was revived under new ownership, reopening its water park portion in 2021 and gradually restoring its amusement rides.

It includes a themed Western Town, pools, water slides, and family-friendly attractions. 

The park is still in a process of regaining full operation and continues to be a nostalgic and popular local destination for waterside fun and amusement park rides. Parking is free, and admission prices are family-friendly. The management has been focusing on carefully restoring and expanding attractions while maintaining the park's historic charm.
