Castello di Redondesco is a medieval fortress located in the town of Redondesco in the province of Mantua.

Its origins likely date back to the 12th century, when it was built to protect the settlement and control the nearby Via Postumia, an important route through northern Italy. The castle was first associated with the Counts of Redondesco and later became part of the Gonzaga territories. Over the centuries, the fortress was expanded with walls, towers, moats, and defensive structures, becoming an important fortified village.

Much of the castle was dismantled during the 17th century, but key elements survived, including the impressive entrance tower and the tower that was later converted into a bell tower. Today, the castle remains one of Redondesco’s most significant historic landmarks. Its preserved towers, sections of walls, and restored structures offer a glimpse into the area's medieval past and its long connection to the Gonzaga family and the history of Mantua.
