The Orto Botanico Conservativo Carlo Spegazzini in Treviso is a small, city‑based conservation garden of about 1,500 m² created in 1995 and run by the Accademia Trevigiana per il Territorio to preserve local plant diversity and traditional crops.

Named for the botanist Carlo Spegazzini, the garden is organized into thematic zones—hedges, a Prunus collection, traditional vines and mulberry trees—and features two ponds that support wetland species and ecological study. It holds over 500 individual plants representing roughly 30 species, functions as a living laboratory for conservation and environmental education, and is open to the public daily at Viale de Coubertin 15 in Treviso.

Recent local partnerships with schools and municipal bodies have expanded its role as a didactic space, adding restoration work on wetlands and collaborative projects that involve students in cultivation and monitoring activities.
