Quarnbek Gut is a historic manor estate in Quarnbek, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany, first documented in 1282 as one of the region's oldest knightly seats originally tied to a watermill, with foundations from the 16th century and a notable Baroque torhaus built 1667-1673 by Hans Henrich von Kielmansegg.

Passing through noble families like Rantzau and Desmercières—who pioneered dike works—before Hamburg merchant Gustav Wilhelm von Schiller and the Milberg family since 1902, it features an old 18th-century Herrenhaus and a 1903 parkland Neubau, remaining an active farm.
