Razliq is a village and the administrative center of Razliq Rural District in the Central District of Sarab County, East Azerbaijan province, in northwestern Iran.

It lies about six kilometers from the city of Sarab, at the foothills of the Sabalan Mountains, in a valley with simple but attractive natural scenery and a small population engaged mainly in agriculture and animal husbandry. The place is especially known for its ancient archaeological heritage: it contains a 16‑line Urartian cuneiform inscription carved on a rock in the nearby Zaqan mountains.

Created by the Urartian king Argishti II around the late 8th–early 7th centuries BCE, which has been listed as a national heritage monument since 1968, and there is also an old castle near the Razliq River that dates to the first millennium BCE and was registered as a heritage site in 2008. Beyond this historical importance, the village speaks the Azari language and is noted locally for its hospitality and for a distinctive “Sarabi” breed of cow, making it a modest but historically significant destination in the East Azerbaijan region.
