Renaissanceschloss Großmühlingen ist ein Renaissance-Schloss in Großmühlingen, einem Ortsteil von Bördeland in Sachsen-Anhalt, das auf den Überresten einer Niederungsburg aus dem 12. Jahrhundert errichtet wurde und erstmals 1318 urkundlich erwähnt ist.
Graf Wolfgang I. von Barby ließ es um 1530 zu seiner Residenz umbauen, wobei der Westflügel nach einem Brand 1585 von Wolfgang II. erneuert wurde, inklusive eines Rittersaals mit Netzgewölbe und Stuckreliefs.
Im Dreißigjährigen Krieg verwüstet, wurde es 1669 von Fürst Anton Günther von Anhalt-Zerbst wiederaufgebaut, mit einem barocken Mittelbau von 1705–1714, und dient heute nach Restaurierungen als Haus der freien Berufe mit Konzerten und Ausstellungen.
