The Rhododendron Species Botanical Garden in Federal Way, Washington, is a nonprofit botanical garden founded in 1964 by members of the American Rhododendron Society to conserve and showcase the finest authentic species of Rhododendron.

Spanning 22 to 24 acres on the Weyerhaeuser corporate campus, the garden features over 10,000 rhododendrons arranged as a woodland garden amidst native conifers. Its collections are organized taxonomically to group closely related species, and the site includes facilities for propagation, education, and public enjoyment.

The garden opened to the public in the early 1980s and has since expanded its plant collection through global seed and plant collecting expeditions. A tropical conservatory complements the cooler climate species with tropical vireya rhododendrons, and the garden emphasizes conservation, research, education, and horticultural display. It is adjacent to the Pacific Bonsai Museum, making it a notable destination for plant enthusiasts and visitors interested in biodiversity and garden artistry.
