Schloss Hoym in Hoym, einem Ortsteil von Seeland im Salzlandkreis Sachsen-Anhalt, Deutschland, ist ein barockes Fürstenschloss aus dem Jahr 1720, ursprünglich als Victorsburg für das Fürstentum Anhalt-Bernburg-Hoym erbaut und mit einem gotisch-barocken Portal sowie einem Altarbild der Cranach-Schule ausgestattet.
Seit 1878 dient es als Pflegeeinrichtung der Schloß Hoym Stiftung für behinderte Menschen, mit dunkler NS-Zeit-Geschichte, in der 299 Bewohner ermordet wurden, wofür eine Gedenktafel existiert.
Der restaurierte Schlosspark mit Bühne, Kapelle und öffentlichen Wegen ist ein kulturelles Zentrum für Feste, Spaziergänge und Gedenkveranstaltungen.
