Schloss Angern in Angern, Saxony-Anhalt, Germany, traces its origins to a moated lowland castle constructed around 1341 under the Archbishopric of Magdeburg, frequently changing hands through pledges and sales among nobles in the 14th and 15th centuries.

From 1448, it remained with the von der Schulenburg family for centuries, suffering devastation in the Thirty Years' War before reconstruction; in 1736, Christoph Daniel von der Schulenburg commissioned Friedrich August Fiedler to transform it into a Rococo-style three-wing moated palace on an island, complete with a pleasure garden later reshaped into a landscape park.

The fully preserved double moats and ramparts highlight its fortified past, though current details on its modern use are limited.
