Schloss Ayl, located in Ayl, Germany, is a former manor estate originally built as a rural property of the Trier Cathedral Chapter. The complex includes a residential house and an adjacent wine press house, constructed in 1823 in a classical architectural style.

In 1897, its then-owner, Justice Council Goertz, added a half-story and redesigned the facade in the neo-baroque style, giving the building its current distinctive appearance. Historically, the estate served viticulture interests in the region and was linked to prominent wine producers active since the early 19th century.

After changing ownership in the late 20th century, the property was renovated and partially repurposed for events, including cultural exhibitions, while maintaining its heritage charm. The site also features a wine café that blends tradition with modern hospitality, highlighting the region's longstanding wine culture.
