Schloss Isenburg in Offenbach, Germany, is a striking Renaissance castle built in the 16th century by the Counts of Isenburg as their residence, completed around 1559 near the Main River with distinctive red facades, Baroque galleries, circular towers, and late medieval walls.

It burned down shortly after completion in 1564, was rebuilt with town-facing galleries, and served as a political hub until the counts shifted to central homes post-1748, eventually passing to Hesse-Darmstadt in 1816 after wartime destruction.

Today, the renovated structure houses the Hochschule für Gestaltung art school since the early 2000s, admired externally for its scenic riverside location amid parks, though interiors remain closed to visitors.
