Schloss Merseburg in Merseburg, Sachsen-Anhalt, Deutschland, ist eine imposante Renaissance-Residenz aus dem 17. Jahrhundert, die auf einer Bischofspfalz aus dem 13. Jahrhundert aufbaut und ursprünglich 968 als Teil des Bistums durch Otto I. gegründet wurde.
Bischof Thilo von Trotha ließ sie um 1470 als dreiflügige Anlage neu errichten, bevor Herzog Johann Georg I. von Sachsen 1605–1608 unter Baumeister Melchior Brenner den markanten Spätrenaissancebau mit Neptunbrunnen schuf.
Von 1656 bis 1738 Residenz der Herzöge von Sachsen-Merseburg, beherbergt es heute das Kulturhistorische Museum, die Stadtverwaltung und die Musikschule inmitten eines barocken Schlossgartens mit Salon.
