Schloss Oelber in Baddeckenstedt, Germany, is a distinctive round Renaissance castle first mentioned in 1226, originating from a 12th-century moated fortress at the western edge of the Lichtenberge hills.

Extensively rebuilt around 1580 by Burchard VI. von Cramm—inspired by Marburg Castle—on the original foundations without demolishing the structure, it features a circular layout with white plaster walls, red Renaissance detailing on windows and balconies, a round-arched portal, a prominent fieldstone tower with conical roof, and mixed masonry-timber framing.

Still privately owned by the von Cramm family since the Middle Ages, the well-preserved landmark hosts events like Christmas markets, concerts, weddings, and Oktoberfest in its historic courtyard amid scenic countryside.
