Schloss Schkopau liegt am Ostrand von Schkopau in Sachsen-Anhalt, Deutschland, auf einem Hügel zwischen dem Ort und der Saale und entstand vermutlich im 9. Jahrhundert als karolingische Befestigung, die im 12. Jahrhundert als Burg Scapowe ausgebaut wurde.
1215 schenkte Kaiser Friedrich II. die Reichsburg dem Erzstift Magdeburg, bevor sie 1477 an die Familie von Trotha kam, die sie 1554–1558 zu einem Renaissance-Schloss umbaute und 1876 im Neorenaissance-Stil erneuerte.
Nach Enteignung 1945 diente es als Lazarett, Flüchtlingsunterkunft und Lager, bis es 1966–2001 restauriert und zum Schlosshotel mit Bergfried, Altan und Landschaftsgarten umgewandelt wurde.
