Secrest Arboretum in Wooster, Ohio, was established in 1909 by Edmund Secrest as a forest arboretum and has since grown to cover around 110 acres of display gardens, woodlands, and research areas.

It serves as a living resource for The Ohio State University College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences, focusing on horticultural education, research, and outreach. The arboretum features over 3,500 documented types of trees, shrubs, and herbaceous perennials suitable for cultivation in Northeast Ohio, including the largest crabapple collection in the nation and a variety of rhododendrons and roses.

Visitors enjoy an extensive network of paved walkways, theme gardens such as a butterfly and hummingbird garden, water gardens, and the John Streeter Garden Amphitheater. Secrest Arboretum is publicly accessible year-round with free admission and parking, inviting visitors to explore its rich plant diversity and natural beauty.​
