The South Carolina Botanical Garden at Clemson University, established as the state’s botanical garden in 1992, covers 295 acres featuring diverse ecosystems with nature trails, ponds, woodlands, and specialized gardens such as the Heritage Gardens and the Shoenike Arboretum.

It includes notable historical structures like the Hanover House, an 18th-century South Carolina plantation home, and the Hunt Log Cabin from 1826.
