Spanish Lookout is a modern Mennonite community located in the Cayo District of Belize, known for its strong agricultural and industrial presence. Founded in the late 1950s by Mennonite families migrating from Mexico, it has grown into one of Belize’s most prosperous agricultural centers, producing dairy products, poultry, vegetables, and cattle.

The community balances traditional Mennonite lifestyles with modern conveniences like electricity, cars, and computers. Spanish Lookout is also recognized for light industries, furniture making, and the country's only oil field in production.
