The Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden, located on 66 acres along the southeastern shore of White Rock Lake in Dallas, Texas, opened to the public in 1984. The site includes the historic DeGolyer and Alex Camp estates, featuring Spanish Colonial Revival architecture and gardens originally designed by Arthur and Marie Berger in 1940.

The gardens offer various themed areas such as the Margaret Elisabeth Jonsson Color Garden, A Woman’s Garden, and the 8-acre Rory Meyers Children’s Adventure Garden.

The Arboretum hosts seasonal events, educational programs, and concerts, and has expanded its facilities to include the Trammell Crow Visitor Education Pavilion and a kitchen garden promoting sustainable food. It is renowned for combining horticulture, art, and history, and serves as a major cultural attraction and community space in Dallas.
