Urbisaglia Fort, also known as the Rocca di Urbisaglia, is a well-preserved military fortress in the town of Urbisaglia in Italy’s Marche region.

Built in the early 16th century on the remains of earlier medieval fortifications and ancient Roman walls, it overlooks the town and the Fiastra Valley from a strategic hilltop position. The fortress was constructed by the nearby city of Tolentino to strengthen control over the area and to defend against possible uprisings.

Its design reflects the changing nature of warfare at the time, featuring powerful walls, towers, and defensive elements adapted for the use of firearms. Today, Urbisaglia Fort is one of the region’s most important historic landmarks.
