Wasserschloss St. Ulrich in Mücheln (Geiseltal), Sachsen-Anhalt, Deutschland, ist ein seltener Pfahlbau auf Eichenholzpfählen aus der zweiten Hälfte des 15. Jahrhunderts, der vermutlich auf einer Wasserburg aus dem 12. Jahrhundert zurückgeht.
Es zeigt gotische und Renaissance-Elemente wie einen quadratischen Erker mit Zwiebelhaube und wird von einem Geisel-Wassergraben umflossen, um Austrocknen zu verhindern; die Familie von Breitenbauch besaß es von 1528 bis 1764, später die von Helldorff bis 1945.
Nach Nutzung als Kinderheim ist das private Anwesen mit Schlosskirche, Barockgarten und Landschaftspark seit 2017 Teil der „Gartenträume Sachsen-Anhalt“.
