It originally opened in 1977 as The Enchanted Village and expanded with a water park in 1984, later becoming known as Wild Waves. The park features over 60 rides, slides, and attractions that appeal to all ages, including four roller coasters such as the Timberhawk: Ride of Prey, which is the largest wooden coaster in Washington. The water park includes a large wave pool, a lazy river, and numerous water slides for refreshing fun.

Open seasonally from May to November, it is a popular summer destination offering classic amusement park thrills alongside water activities. The park also hosts special events like Fright Fest during Halloween. Wild Waves combines traditional amusement rides with extensive water attractions, making it a favored family-friendly spot for thrill-seekers and those looking to cool off in the summer.
