Amusco is a quaint historic village in Palencia province, Castile and León, Spain, once the economic and defensive hub of the Nine Villas during the Middle Ages, with roots tracing back to Roman times and mentions as "Famusca" in 12th-century documents.

Key landmarks include the towering Iglesia de San Pedro, nicknamed the "Pajarón de Campos" for its disproportionate size, blending 16th-17th century construction over a Romanesque base with ancient portals featuring multiple archivolts; a hidden 15th-century synagogue built underground by the local Jewish aljama leader to comply with era laws; and the pristine Ermita de Nuestra Señora de las Fuentes, a late 12th-early 13th-century Romanesque transition chapel declared a Historic-Artistic Monument in 1963, housing Gothic tombs and a Mudéjar pulpit.
