Benone Strand is a magnificent seven-mile stretch of golden sand in County Londonderry, Northern Ireland (UK), along the Causeway Coast between Castlerock and Magilligan, celebrated as a multiple Blue Flag award winner for its pristine, rock-free shores and excellent water quality.

Backed by vast sand dunes within a Special Area of Conservation, it offers panoramic views of Binevenagh Mountain, Inishowen Peninsula, and dramatic cliffs, drawing visitors for swimming, watersports, walking, fishing, picnics, and nature spotting in one of Northern Ireland's largest dune systems.

As Northern Ireland's first fully inclusive beach since 2017, it provides free all-terrain wheelchairs and mobility aids in summer through the Mae Murray Foundation, ensuring accessibility for all amid its rich botany, wildlife, and serene seaside vibe.
