Brokind Castle, located in Brokind south of Linköping in Östergötland, Sweden, on islands at the outlet of Stångån River from Lake Järnlunden, ranks among the region's oldest estates with prehistoric roots and early mentions as a jarlsäte owned by the powerful Bjälbo family before passing to riksdrots Bo Jonsson Grip.

Originally a fortified structure depicted around 1700 in Erik Dahlbergh's Suecia antiqua et hodierna with a round defense tower, its current main building was constructed from 1727-1731 under the Natt och Dag family, followed by wings and a 1838 renovation that gave the white-plastered buildings their present appearance amid a preserved slottsmiljö with parks, lusthus, and economic buildings.

Owned since 1706 by the comital Falkenberg af Bålby family established as a fideikommiss in 1732 and 1793 - it retains historical features like a 1904 library of 4000 volumes, tegelbruk, kvarn, and såg, remaining privately held within the noble lineage.
