Casa do Concello in Portomarín, Lugo province, Galicia, northwestern Spain, serves as the modern town hall in a village renowned for its medieval pilgrimage heritage along the Camino de Santiago French Way.

Constructed in the mid-20th century and refurbished by Santiago architect Leoncio Bescansa, the building features attractive exterior architecture blending with the town's relocated Romanesque landmarks like the fortress-church of San Nicolás, which were painstakingly moved stone-by-stone after the 1960s Belesar dam flooding submerged the original settlement. 

Situated in the rebuilt hilltop plaza overlooking the Miño River reservoir, it hosts local governance amid cobbled streets and arcaded houses, often drawing visitors for its picturesque setting and occasional cultural events.
