Casa Forte de Lusío is a fortified 16th-century manor house located in the parish of San Cristovo do Real within Samos municipality, Lugo province, Galicia, Spain, constructed in 1551 by nobleman López Vázquez de Vilamexe and his wife Leonor Alfonso de Balboa as evidenced by its inscribed stone block.

Exemplifying Galician rural defensive architecture with robust granite walls and heraldic elements tied to local feudal lineages, it served as a stronghold amid the region's pilgrimage routes before repurposing as a modern pilgrim albergue by the Xunta de Galicia, accommodating Camino de Santiago walkers just 250-400 meters off the French Way between Triacastela and Samos. 

The restored structure preserves its historic stately character near the influential Monastery of Samos, blending noble heritage with contemporary hospitality in Galicia's lush inland landscapes.
