Castell de Gardeny is a 12th-century Templar fortress atop Gardeny Hill overlooking Lleida in Catalonia, Spain, constructed after the Knights Templar aided Ramon Berenguer IV's successful 1149 siege of the city during the Reconquista.

This exceptional complex features a robust walled enclosure with towers encircling a central courtyard, a two-story rectangular tower-room (master tower) with a subterranean lower level for storage and upper residence quarters, and the Romanesque Santa Maria church connected by a corridor, exemplifying innovative military-monastic architecture unique in the Crown of Aragon.

Transferred to the Hospitallers after the Templars' 1312 dissolution, it was transformed in the 17th-18th centuries into a bastioned fort with artillery defenses, moats, and bastions before becoming a protected cultural heritage site offering panoramic city views.
