Castell de Palau-Sator in Palau-sator, Baix Empordà, Catalonia, Spain, is a pre-Romanesque fortress dating to the 10th-11th centuries, strategically positioned atop a hillock in the town center overlooking surrounding fields.

Transformed during the Gothic period into a larger fortified complex with a prominent keep tower, stone perimeter walls replacing earlier wooden enclosures, and interior buildings featuring pointed arches, it includes modifications like added vaults, doorways, windows, and an external cantilevered staircase on the east facade.

Declared a Cultural Asset of National Interest, the carefully restored site—now partly a private residence—preserves its medieval defensive character and offers views of the Empordà plain.
