Discovered in 1950 near the dolmen of Roca d'en Toni amid vineyards, excavations uncovered Neolithic, Bell Beaker, Celtic, and medieval artifacts including a white votive axe, suggesting ritual or defensive use from prehistoric times through later periods.

Accessible via rugged paths in the Serralada de Marina natural park, this enigmatic site blends with the area's rich prehistoric heritage, distinct from the nearby medieval Castell de Vilassar with its Gothic towers.
