Castell de Peralada in Peralada, Catalonia, Spain, is a striking Gothic castle-palace originally constructed in the late 13th century after the previous fortress was destroyed during the French invasion of 1285.

Rebuilt outside the town walls with fortified eastern wings featuring two prominent square towers overlooking a scenic lake, it evolved through Renaissance renovations and 19th-century expansions by the Counts of Peralada into a grand residence with manicured gardens.

Now privately owned and hosting the renowned Peralada International Music Festival each summer, it houses the Castell de Peralada Museum collection—including a vast library, glassworks, and medieval artifacts—in the adjacent former Carmelite convent.
