Castell-Palau d'Albalat dels Sorells is a 15th-century Gothic manor house and fortress in the town of Albalat dels Sorells near Valencia, Spain, built around 1480 by Tomás Sorell y Sagarriga on the site of earlier structures.

Featuring a square central plan with rammed-earth walls forming a grid around an interior courtyard, Gothic twin windows, a grand staircase, and 19th-century additions of three battlemented towers, it exemplifies Valencian noble architecture blending residential elegance with defensive elements. 

Protected as a Bien de Interés Cultural since 1985, it now serves as the town hall, with visitable spaces including the plenum hall and Gothic pavements showcasing its historical role under the Sorell family, linked to poet Ausiàs March.
