The Castillo de Casarrubios del Monte is a Gothic-style ruined fortress located within the urban area of Casarrubios del Monte, a municipality in Toledo province, Castilla-La Mancha, Spain.

Built in the 14th century from distinctive red brick due to local material scarcity, it was first owned and constructed by Alfonso Fernández Coronel, who was executed by King Peter I of Castile, after which it passed to the chief notary of Castile, Fernán Pérez de Guzmán, and later associated with Garcilaso de la Vega.

Featuring a robust surviving tower marked by cannonball impacts from historical conflicts, along with remnants of walls and defensive structures, the castle transitioned from a military stronghold to a Renaissance-influenced palace before falling into disrepair.

Today, its evocative ruins stand as a testament to the region's medieval heritage amid the town's plains.
