Castillo de El Real de la Jara is a 14th-century Mudéjar fortress perched on a hill north of El Real de la Jara village in Seville province, Spain, forming part of the "Banda Gallega" defensive line against Portuguese threats with visual links to nearby castles like Cala.

It features a trapezoidal enclosure with thick 2.2-meter masonry walls, two rebuilt granite doorways including a curved main gate in the keep tower with barrel vault and rooftop stairs, eight towers—three semicircular—and a spacious 2,000-square-meter parade ground once housing stables and barracks.

Strategically vital through the Middle Ages, it has undergone restorations preserving its military heritage while adapting spaces like the Patio de Armas for public use as a cultural gathering spot.
