Castillo de Herbés, also known as the Castillo-Palacio de los Barones de Herbés, is a 14th-century fortified palace located in the hilltop village of Herbés in the Ports de Morella region of Castellón province, Valencian Community, Spain.

Built with a trapezoidal layout using masonry walls reinforced by corner ashlars, it features Gothic windows, Renaissance balconies, a noble coat of arms of the Ram de Viu family, almenas battlements, dungeons with 18th-century graffiti, wine presses, and a tithe gate where peasants delivered crops. 

Passed through noble lineages like Garcés, Centelles, and Ram de Viu amid events including a 1325 peasant revolt attempt to destroy it, the eclectic Bien de Interés Cultural stands semi-abandoned but evocative, showcasing seigneurial power in the rugged Maestrazgo mountains.
