Castillo de Montarrón, near the village of the same name in Guadalajara province, Castilla-La Mancha, Spain, consists of minimal ruins from a minor medieval watchtower or outpost dating to the 12th-13th century Reconquista era.

Positioned strategically on a hill to monitor Henares River routes against Muslim frontier threats, the simple masonry structure served local defense before fading into obscurity amid shifting borders. Today, virtually nothing remains visible beyond scattered foundation traces after wartime destruction and modern reconstruction efforts repurposed the site, leaving it as a forgotten footnote in Alcarria's fortified heritage.
