Castillo de Sobradillo is a 15th-century medieval tower-keep in the village of Sobradillo, Salamanca province, Spain, strategically positioned near the Portuguese border to defend frontier routes along the Águeda River.

Likely built atop a 12th-century watchtower by nobles including the Rodríguez de Ledesma and Ocampo families—who held it through grants from Enrique II and the Catholic Monarchs—it features granite-cornered brick masonry, 18-meter height, machicolations, uneven arrow slits, and a rectangular plan with round corner watchtowers.

After centuries of sieges, decay, and 1985 state acquisition, the restored tower now houses the Arribes del Duero Natural Park visitor center, offering views of the surrounding rugged landscape.
