Castillo de Zahara de los Atunes, also known as the Palace of Jadraza, is a 16th-century fortress in Zahara de los Atunes near Barbate, Cádiz province, Andalusia, Spain, built by Juan Alonso Pérez de Guzmán, VI Duke of Medina Sidonia, to defend, house his court, and process tuna from the vital almadraba fishery.

This square-structured stronghold features four robust mampostería walls with a narrow patrol walkway, the northwest Torre de Poniente with its vaulted chamber and high parapet terrace, partial remains of the taller northeast Torre de Levante, three original large sea gates with keystones and buttresses, plus a 20th-century northern brick arch addition.

Once including a central tower, salting sheds, storehouses, stables, and wells for the Europe's top tuna operations rooted in Phoenician-Roman traditions, it later became a barracks before 2004 cultural heritage protection.
