Castle Nogales is a 15th-century Gothic medieval fortress perched on a small hill in Nogales, Badajoz province, Extremadura, Spain, constructed between 1458 and 1464 by Lorenzo Suárez de Figueroa, first Count of Feria, to protect the repopulated village amid regional conflicts.

Featuring robust masonry walls over two meters thick, a prominent keep with family coats of arms, dressed stone corners, ribbed vaults, and brick battlements, it endured assaults by French and Portuguese forces before restoration preserved its harmonious defensive architecture. 

Recognized as one of Extremadura's finest military structures, the well-maintained site offers panoramic views and stands as a Bien de Interés Cultural symbolizing feudal power near the Portuguese border.
