Černovice is a small town in the Pelhřimov District of the Vysočina Region, Czech Republic, first mentioned in 1322.

Historically, it was owned by the Rosenberg family from 1322 to 1597 and was severely impacted by the Hussite Wars and multiple fires between 1611 and 1857, which led to the loss of most of its historic buildings. The town was originally a market town and was promoted to town status in the mid-19th century.

Its main landmarks include the Church of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross, originally Gothic from the 14th century and later rebuilt in Baroque style, accompanied by a separate bell tower. Near the church stands Černovice Castle, a late Neoclassical building surrounded by a landscape park, now serving as a social care institute.

The town is also notable for having a historical Jewish quarter dating from the 18th century, reflecting its diverse cultural past.
