Červené Janovice is a village and municipality in the Kutná Hora District of the Central Bohemian Region in the Czech Republic, with a population of around 700 people.

The first written mention of the village dates back to 1352, and it was known as Janovičky until the 18th century. From 1724, it was owned by the town of Kutná Hora. The area lies in the Upper Sázava Hills and has many fishponds supplied by local streams.

A notable historical monument is the Červené Janovice Castle, which began as a Gothic fortress and was later rebuilt in Renaissance style in the early 17th century and further remodeled in the early Baroque style between 1646 and 1660.

The village also features the Church of Saint Martin, constructed in the Neo-Romanesque style between 1909 and 1911, and the Church of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary in the village of Vilémovice, originally a late Romanesque building from the 13th century that was modified in the 18th and 19th centuries. The municipality lacks major railways or highways, keeping its peaceful countryside character intact.
